Property Finding Service

We provide a high quality, bespoke property service for both private individuals and corporate clients, wishing to find a property to purchase or rent, whether it be for setting up home or for investment purposes.

We have extensive coverage of both the property purchase and corporate rental markets, allowing us to provide our clients with an unrivalled, all-encompassing service. We have high-level relationships with all major sales and letting companies. We have no ties to them and do not receive any payments from them, but the volume of business we provide enables us to obtain early leads on available properties, often before they are released onto the open property market.

We aim to provide a full, personal service for our clients, from an airport pick up, to a property walk through, to a stocked fridge of essentials upon moving in. We will also provide a Welcome Pack containing all the information required to begin living and working in London. Our service will provide ongoing support for 3 months from when the client moves into their new home, to deal with any snagging issues with the property and any questions that may arise.

Homesearch and Orientation:

We will liaise with estate agents to source suitable properties and arrange viewings We will arrange Accompanied or Unaccompanied viewing days to view a selection of properties within the chosen areas and budget. This can also encompass a comprehensive orientation of each area we visit, explaining aspects such as:

• Social make-up
• Local facilities (shops, restaurants,transport)
• Green Spaces

We consider it essential that our clients are happy with not only their property but are also being placed in an area that suits their needs regarding both work and family.

Negotiation and Lease Documentation:

Once a property has been decided upon, we will handle all the negotiation both on the rental level and the terms of the lease. We also will deal with all the lease documentation and oversee invoicing to ensure signatures and payments are completed in good time.

Check-in and Inventory:

Once the lease has been signed, we will arrange and attend the inventory check and act as the tenant’s representative to ensure the contents and condition of the property are accurately recorded. We will also ensure that both lease and inventory are circulated to the tenants, so they have a copy for their records.
